Ingredients:
1 cup Basmati rice
1½ cups water
1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
1 cinnamon stick
Directions:
- Place water in a medium saucepan. Add ginger and cinnamon.
- Bring water to a boil.
- Stir in rice, cover and let cook on low heat for 20 minutes.
